Our Promise to You.......

100% satisfaction is always our goal.  So our promise to you is simple.  When you buy a shelter or barn from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every aspect of your experience. Starting with your first contact with us, all the way through the installation and long after as you use your building year after year.  We take pride in attention to the details, and our buildings come with an industry leading warranty on every part including the labor. Our standard building gives you a warranty that includes 20 years on the steel tube framing, 10 years on the metal panels, and a full year on the labor. Nobody in the industry tops that warranty.  We beleive in what we do and we stand behind it.

 

So here is our promise. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied after your building is complete, then give us a call at 888-992-7222.  We may ask you to send us a few pictures if there is a problem with the building or with something that may have accidentally happened during the installation of your building.  Once we verify the problem and the cause to be our responsibility, we will make it right at no extra cost to you. It’s that simple. We promise.
